Cool Advice to control your temper


Sister Elizabeth Kenny was always calm and composed even while dealing with rude and belligerent people. "You never lose your temper," said a friend to her, one day. "How do you manage it?"

"As a girl my temper often got out of bounds," said the nurse. "Then one day my mother gave me a piece of advice which helped me overcome my tendency  to lose my temper.

My mother told me, "Elizabeth, anybody who angers you, conquers you, good to him."
