USE FAILURES AS YOUR STEPPING STONES

USE FAILURES AS YOUR STEPPING STONES

One day a farmer’s donkey fell down in a well. The animal cried piteously for a long time as the farmer tried to figure out what to do to take his donkey out of the well.

He couldn’t think of any way to bring him out, so he decided to cover the well with dirt as the animal was old and it was not worth recovering. He started covering the well by throwing the dirt in the well.

First the donkey couldn’t think what was happening, so he cried more loudly, but to everybody’s amazement, suddenly he quieted down.

After a few shovels of dirt had been poured down, the farmer looked down in a sad mood just to see what was happening to his dear donkey. He was greatly astonished to see that with every shovel of dirt he was throwing in, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake the dirt off his body and take a step up the dirt. Thus he was always on the top of the dirt.

Farmer started throwing the dirt in the well with more enthusiasm, and very soon the donkey came out of the well.

In your life, people will throw all kinds of dirt on you, the trick is not to be worried about it, but to shake it off bravely and courageously, so that you can come out the deepest well with a smile. The more dirt or opposition you are facing, I am sure with this formula you will come out with more laurels and success in your endeavours.
