ARE YOU BRAVE ENOUGH?
There is a moving incident in the life of St. Anthony who, for the love of God, went and stayed in a desert. Far from the madding crowds of men, he lived a life of communion with God. Yet was he not free from trails.
One day, he had to undergo intense suffering. When he emerged from his trails, he said to God, “Ah, Beloved God, where were You when I was in great distress?”
He heard the Voice of God say, “My child, I was with you all time, even as I am with you now! I wanted to see you how brave you were!”
